Days pass quickly as we try to fit events in between grocery shopping and household chores. Short bits of time for ourselves and our own personal projects, interjected by toddlers that choose not to sleep anymore... Although we've feared the day they give up naps... it has arrived. So our days are busier without our little break from the children. This last sunday we went to falls park and let the kids climb the rocks while we drank some coffee. Kade decided to walk right into the river. The boy has no fear and always is focusing with his tongue out. Later we went for a hike through the fall leaves. The kids can really walk far now and it makes it pretty peaceful to be out in the woods without strollers. We are looking forward to time passing and Brian getting closer to be finished however i'm dreading spending 4 months alone this next year. Clinicals are going great for Brian and life is much less stressful. Work has been slower with all three therapists present. So life is slowing down and now projects need to get completed...

I have a very vivid memory or my mom sticking me in my room, crying, and watching her out in the garden on a very sunny afternoon...
Walked right into water again?? That boy cracks me up!
Also glad to hear that my kids are not the only ones who refuse naps these days.
Hope all is well! We miss you all!
I love the papa/son picture with the matching bandanas! Adorable
